First National Bank is hosting a series of Home Buying Seminars at various locations throughout the Omaha Metro Area. Buying a home will probably be the biggest purchase in your life. Attending one of these seminars can help you decide if you should buy a home or continue renting. You will learn about your credit score, how much you will be able to afford and how the loan process works. Even if this is not your first time buying a home, I would encourage you to attend. You might learn something you did not know before.

These presentations are given by experienced First National Bank Home Mortgage Specialists who are open to answering any questions you might have. Pre-Approvals are offered at each seminar and you can sign up for a consultation with the Mortgage Specialist after the presentation. A Pre-Approval can give you an edge over other buyers, by demonstrating to the seller that you already have financing lined up.
