The Fantasticks is the longest running musical in United States history, and this year, it’s coming to Omaha.  This simple romantic comedy about a boy, a girl, their meddling fathers and the wall that divides them has been popular with audiences since 1960!  The show ran in its first location – the Sullivan Street Playhouse – for over 42 years and 17,000 performances and has been performed in over 67 countries.

The Fantasticks is full of charming simplicity, captivating music and whimsy. This well told story will please the entire family – whether they are seeing it for the first time or are revisiting it after many years.  The show runs from February 10th through March 18th at the Omaha Community Playhouse.
