First National is proud to sponsor Cinco de Mayo again this year! The Cinco de Mayo festival runs from May 4th through May 6th and we have the scoop on all the events taking place. Here is a quick rundown:

"The parade is the highlight of the Cinco de Mayo festival every year!"

Parade – The parade is the highlight of the Cinco de Mayo festival every year! This year, the parade will be held on Saturday, May 5th from 10 am until 2 pm. Join us on 24th street between B and O street to watch the fun!

The Cinco de Mayo Queen Coronation  - Who will be the Cinco de Mayo Queen this year? On Friday evening, May 4th, the Cinco de Mayo Queen will be announced.  The queen and the finalists will join the parade on May 5th.

5K Run/Walk – Enjoy running or walking and want to engage in some friendly competition?  Join us on Sunday, May 6th at 7:30 AM.  There are two races for kids starting at 8:20 AM and the race for adults starts at 9 AM! To register, visit the site link above!

Finally, there’s the Fiesta which runs at 25th & N from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM on Saturday, May 5th and from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Sunday, May 6th. The Fiesta includes a wide variety of live entertainment, Kids World, lots of authentic Mexican food, Vendor Booths and Carnival games.
